摘要
分析了针对罹患老年脑出血的患者予以微创置管吸引术治疗的应用价值。选取2019年5月—2021年5月石家庄市鹿泉区中医院收治的80例老年脑出血患者作为主体展开对照分析,按治疗方式不同进行分组,记对照组(n=40,常规治疗)、观察组(n=40,微创置管吸引术),统计两组各项指标(治疗有效率评估值、生活质量测评值、神经功能测评值、炎性因子水平测评值、并发症发生率评估值),展开细致观测并实施对比分析。研究发现,在老年脑出血患者治疗期间予以微创置管吸引术,具有改善患者神经功能、提高其生活质量、降低炎性因子水平、减少并发症的效果,很大程度上提高了治疗水平,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。
The application value of minimally invasive catheterization and aspiration for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed.Select 80 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shijiazhuang Luquan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 as the main body for comparative analysis,and divide them into groups according to different treatment methods,including the control group(n=40,conventional treatment)and the observation group(n=40,minimally invasive catheter suction),all indicators(evaluation value of treatment effectiveness rate,evaluation value of quality of life,evaluation value of neural function,evaluation value of inflammatory factor level,evaluation value of complication rate)of the two groups were analyzed and observed carefully.The study found that during the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,minimally invasive catheter suction can improve the patient’s neurological function,improve their quality of life,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce complications,greatly improve the treatment level,which has reference and application value in clinical practice.
