摘要
静脉用药调配科是医院的特殊部门,该部门的主要职责是根据患者用药情况、配伍禁忌以及药物之间的特异性反应进行药物调配。人员上岗前要对护理人员进行科室规章制度和操作培训,为患者的输液提供良好保障,确保其用药安全。但是,若在药物配制过程中出现工作疏漏,会出现用药差错,影响患者的治疗效果,影响医院的医疗质量。对静脉用药调配科存在问题以及优势进行系统性研究,在提升静脉用药调配技术的同时要保证患者用药安全,推动医院的可持续发展。
The Intravenous Drug Dispensing Department is a special department of the hospital,whose main responsibility is to dispense drugs according to the patient’s medication situation,incompatibilities and specific reactions between drugs.Human resources should be integrated,and nursing staff should receive department rules and regulations and operation training before taking up their posts,so as to provide a good guarantee for patients’infusion and ensure their drug safety.At present,it has been widely used in various clinical departments.However,if there are omissions in the preparation process,medication errors will occur,which will affect the treatment effect of patients and the medical quality of the hospital.Therefore,the author conducted a systematic study on the problems and advantages of the intravenous drug dispensing department,hoping to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up research,comprehensively improve the intravenous drug dispensing technology in China,ensure the safety of patients’drug use,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
