摘要
对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)静脉溶栓患者应用基于思维导图的宣教模式的效果进行研究。选取2020年1月—2022年1月聊城市人民医院收治的70例AIS静脉溶栓患者作为研究对象,根据“双盲法”将所有研究对象分为采纳组(35例,常规护理)、导图组(35例,基于思维导图的宣教模式),对两组疗效进行对比。研究发现,基于思维导图的宣教模式能提高AIS静脉溶栓患者的自我管理能力、改善神经功能并减缓疼痛,协助患者了解疾病知识、提高满意度,值得临床推广。
To study the effect of applying mind map based education model in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)undergoing intravenous thrombolysis.70 patients with AIS intravenous thrombolysis admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the“double blind method”,all the research objects were divided into the adoption group(35 cases,routine nursing)and the mapping group(35 cases,based on the mind map education model).The effects of the two groups were compared.The study found that the mind map based education model can improve the self-management ability of patients with AIS intravenous thrombolysis,improve neural function and relieve pain,help understand disease knowledge and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
