摘要
分析剖宫产手术腰椎麻醉中应用盐酸罗哌卡因和氢吗啡酮的效果。选取在廊坊广安医院接受剖宫产手术的100例产妇作为研究对象,并随机分为联合组和对照组。其中对照组实施单一盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉用药方案;联合组实施盐酸罗哌卡因联合氢吗啡酮麻醉药物方案,对两组产妇的相关指标进行对比和分析。研究发现,对于进行剖宫产手术腰椎麻醉的产妇应用盐酸罗哌卡因联合氢吗啡酮的效果更加理想,能够减轻产妇应激反应和疼痛程度,而且还会减少产妇发生不良反应的风险。
To analyze the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride and hydromorphone in lumbar anesthesia for cesarean section.100 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Langfang Guang’an Hospital were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into a combined group and a control group.The control group received a single anesthetic regimen of ropivacaine hydrochloride;In the combined group,the scheme of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with hydromorphone was implemented,and the relevant indicators of the two groups of parturients were compared and analyzed.The study found that the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with hydromorphone on the parturients undergoing lumbar anesthesia for cesarean section was more ideal,which could promote the reduction of stress reaction and pain degree of the parturients,and also reduce the risk of adverse reactions of the parturients.
