摘要
中医治疗轻度认知功能障碍具有适应症广、疗效确切等优势,是早期防治老年痴呆的重要手段。通过整理分析近十年中医治疗轻度认知功能障碍的相关文献,分别从病因病机、中药治疗、针灸治疗及联合治疗等4个方面进行综述,以期为中医治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床研究提供参考。
TCM treatment of mild cognitive impairment has the advantages of wide indications and exact effcacy,which is an important means of early prevention and treatment of senile dementia.By sorting out and analyzing the literature related to the treatment of mild cognitive impairment by traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years,the author reviewed it from four aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment and combined treatment,with a view to providing a reference for clinical research on the treatment of mild cognitive impairment by traditional Chinese medicine.
