摘要
为探讨辨证取穴推拿联合健脾贴在小儿厌食症中的应用疗效,以80例厌食症患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组(辨证取穴推拿联合健脾贴)与对照组(辨证取穴推拿),比较两组治疗效果。研究表明,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗观察组胃动素(MTL)水平高于对照组,生长抑素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组5-羟色胺(5-HT)、唾液淀粉酶水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,辩证取穴推拿与健脾贴可改善小儿厌食症的症状,增强患儿胃动力。
In order to explore the application of syndrome differentiation point selection massage combined with spleen invigorating paste in children with anorexia,80 children with anorexia were randomly divided into observation group(syndrome differentiation point selection massage combined with spleen invigorating paste)and control group(syndrome differentiation point selection massage).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The study showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of motilin(MTL)in the treatment observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of somatostatin was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT and salivary amylase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that dialectical point selection massage and spleen strengthening paste can improve the symptoms of infantile anorexia and enhance the gastric motility of infantile anorexia.
