摘要
为分析康复治疗促进脑梗塞患者减轻肢体功能障碍及运动功能恢复的作用,抽取遂宁市中心医院2020年1月—2021年12月期间收治的66例脑梗塞患者作为此次研究对象,并根据患者入院的先后顺序进行分组对比。其中33例脑梗塞患者将接受常规治疗,命名为对照组,33例患者将在对照组的基础上接受康复治疗,并命名为观察组,对比两组不同的干预价值。研究发现,治疗后观察组的运动功能评分较高、日常生活活动能力评分较高、负性情绪评分较低,而对照组与观察组相反,对比结果具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。治疗满意度对比结果显示,观察组满意度较高,对照组则较低,对比差异明显。由此可见,对脑梗塞患者实施康复治疗的价值较高,可有效改善其肢体运动功能,值得推广。
In order to analyze the effect of rehabilitation treatment on reducing limb dysfunction and motor function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction,the author selected 66 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Suining Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as the subjects of this study,and compared them according to the order of admission.Among them,33 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from January to December 2020 will receive routine treatment and be named as the control group.33 patients admitted from January to December 2021 will receive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group and be named as the observation group to compare the different intervention values of the two groups.The study found that after treatment,the observation group had a higher motor function score,a higher activity of daily living score,and a lower negative emotion score,while the control group and the observation group were opposite,and the comparison results were significantly different;The comparison results of treatment satisfaction showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the comparison difference was obvious.It can be seen that the rehabilitation treatment for cerebral infarction patients is of high value,which can effectively improve their limb motor function and is worthy of promotion.
