摘要
为分析母乳喂养训练营护理干预模式对初产妇母乳喂养及其护理满意度的改善效果,将重庆医科大学附属第三医院2021年5月—2022年6月收治的100例初产妇作为研究观察对象,通过随机表数字法将其分为参照组和实验组,每组均50例初产妇。参照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施母乳喂养训练营护理干预模式。研究表明,护理后满意度均明显提高,且实验组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在初产妇群体的护理干预中,母乳喂养训练营护理干预模式对其母乳喂养知识掌握水平以及母乳喂养自我效能水平均有提高作用,不仅可以有效提高其纯母乳喂养率,而且还可以帮助其进一步降低母乳喂养期间各种不良事件的发生几率,从而提高护理满意度。
In order to analyze the effect of nursing intervention mode of breast-feeding training camp on the improvement of breast-feeding and nursing satisfaction of primiparas,100 primiparas admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from May 2021 to June 2022 were included in the study as observation objects.They were divided into reference group and experimental group by random table numerical method,with 50 primiparas in each group.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the reference group and breast-feeding training camp was carried out in the experimental group.The study showed that the satisfaction degree after nursing was significantly improved,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).It can be seen that in the nursing intervention of primiparas,the nursing intervention mode of breast-feeding training camp can improve their breast-feeding knowledge and self-effcacy level.It can not only effectively improve their pure breast-feeding rate,but also help them further reduce the incidence of various adverse events during breast-feeding,so as to improve their nursing satisfaction.
