摘要
为筛选出高产蛋白酶的菌株,通过干酪素培养基筛选到一株高产蛋白酶的菌株BJ-4,经鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。对菌株的产酶条件进行单因素及响应面优化,确定最佳产酶条件为:葡萄糖0.5%、牛肉膏1.5%、培养温度37.61℃、培养初始pH值6.84、接种量1.36%,优化后酶活力同比增长了71.01%。菌株BJ-4在工业中具有一定的应用前景。
In order to screen high-yield protease strains,a strain BJ-4 with high-yield protease was screened by casein medium and identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The enzyme production conditions of the strain were optimized by single factor and response surface optimization.The optimal enzyme production conditions were determined as glucose 0.5%,beef extract 1.5%,culture temperature 37.61℃,initial pH 6.84 and inoculation amount 1.36%.The optimized enzyme activity increased by 71.01%.Strain BJ-4 is promising in industrial applications.
