摘要
矿井制冷系统在显著改善工作面热环境的同时会造成高能耗。为了分析矿井制冷系统运行效果,提高系统能效,应用热力学第一和第二定律,建立矿井制冷系统[火用]分析模型,通过分析高温矿井张双楼矿制冷系统运行数据,评价矿井制冷系统各环节能源效率及能耗,从而为优化矿井降温系统、发挥潜能提供依据。
The mine refrigeration system not only significantly improves the thermal environment of the working face,but also causes high energy consumption.In order to analyze the operation effect of the mine refrigeration system and improve the system energy efficiency,the first and second laws of thermodynamics are applied to establish the mine refrigeration system analysis model.Through the analysis of the operation data of the mine refrigeration system in Zhangshuanglou Mine,the energy efficiency and energy consumption of each link of the mine refrigeration system are evaluated.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for optimizing mine cooling system and giving full play to its potential.
