摘要
以机械加工企业安全生产管理能力为研究核心,通过德尔菲法综合分析机械加工企业安全生产管理能力的各个影响因素,建立科学合理的机械加工企业安全生产管理能力评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确定人、机、环、管四个方面的评价指标权重,包括4个一级指标、15个二级指标、50个三级指标,并运用模糊综合评价法构建评价模型,对机械加工企业安全生产管理能力进行测算。
Taking the safety production management ability of machining enterprise as the core of research,the Delphi method comprehensively analyzed the influencing factors of the safety production management ability of machining enterprise,and established a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the safety production management ability of machining enterprise.The analytic hierarchy method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators in the four aspects of man,machine,environment and management,including 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct an evaluation model to measure the safety production management ability of machining enterprise.
