摘要
2020年《社区矫正法》颁布实施,既是对社区矫正前期二十年试点工作经验的总结,也是对依法进行社区矫正的继续落实,对于社区矫正课程教学活动提出了新的要求。文章以问题导向的学习模式(PBL),兼顾职业院校课程需求与行业紧密对接的特点,对某市社区矫正工作人员与在校学生进行社区矫正课程的问卷调查与个别化访谈,针对性的进行社区矫正课程模式的设计,以满足学生需求并兼顾实践部门的需要,实现多维度应用型社区矫正课程的建设。
The promulgation and implementation of“The Community Correction Law”in 2020 is not only a summary of the experience of the pilot work in the early 20 years of community correction,but also a continuation of the implementation of community correction in accordance with the law,putting forward new requirements for the teaching activities of community correction courses.Based on the problem-oriented learning model(PBL),taking into account the characteristics of the close connection between the curriculum needs of vocational colleges and the industry,the paper conducted a questionnaire survey and individual interviews on the community correction curriculum for the community correction staff and students in a city,and targeted the design of the community correction curriculum model to meet the needs of students and the needs of practical departments,so as to realize the construction of multi-dimensional applied community correction curriculum.
