摘要 本文通过回顾自动铺丝成型技术出现及发展的历程,系统分析了自动铺丝成型的技术原理,参照国外相关技术的工程化应用案例以及专业技术发展趋势,探究自动铺丝技术特点,针对民航领域的各种典型结构复合材料进行了自动铺丝适用性分析,根据当前国内自动铺丝技术应用现状分析了未来工程化应用的重点发展方向,为复合材料自动铺丝技术的工程化应用推广提供技术参考。 In this paper, the emergence and development of Automatic Fiber Placement process for composite materials were reviewed. The technical principle of Automatic Fiber Placement process was systematically analyzed. The characteristics of Automatic Fiber Placement process was explored according to the engineering application cases and the current trend of process technology development. The applicability of Automatic Fiber Placement process was analyzed for various typical structural composite materials in civil aviation field. The key development direction of engineering application in the future composite materials was analyzed on the basis of the current domestic application of Automatic Fiber Placement technology. It was expected to provide technical resources for the popularization of Automatic Fiber Placement process of composite materials in engineering application.
