摘要
随着天然气市场增长,我国天然气输运基础设施规模快速提升,成为经济发展和民生保障的重要支撑。作为行业发展的核心支撑,我国天然气输运技术装备近年来不断创新突破,建立自主输运技术体系,装备国产化水平大幅提升。在新型能源体系建设要求下,天然气市场增长带来新空间、保障能源安全提出新要求、“双碳”目标提出新挑战、技术创新融合提供新机遇,天然气输运产业发展和技术装备创新迎来战略机遇期。建议以“安全自主”“高效高质”“低碳多元”“智慧融合”为创新取向,重点围绕关键技术装备自主化和国产化、高效建设运行技术、能效提升和碳排放控制技术、天然气混氢和二氧化碳输运技术、数字孪生技术、智慧管网技术等开展创新攻关,大力推动产业转型升级,为保障能源安全、推动绿色低碳转型和促进我国经济社会高质量发展提供支撑。
With the growth of natural gas market,the scale of natural gas transportation infrastructure has been rapidly improved in China,which has become an important support for economic development and people's livelihood.In recent years,the technology and equipment of natural gas transport have made continuous innovations and breakthroughs,and a whole-process independent transport technology system has been established.The localization level of the equipment has been greatly improved.Under the goal of ensuring energy security and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China proposes to build a new energy system.The development of natural gas transportation industry and technological equipment innovation ushered in a period of strategic opportunities.It is suggested to focus on the innovation orientation of"safe and independent","high efficiency and high quality","low-carbon and diversified",and"smart integration".The research focuses on the localization of key technical equipment,energy efficiency improvement technology,carbon emission control technology,natural gas mixed with hydrogen transmission technology,carbon dioxide transmission technology,infrastructure digital twin technology,etc.
