摘要
以车间生产1000 kg涂料为例,通过将石墨烯颗粒制成浆料后在最初的环氧树脂稀释阶段投加,解决了石墨烯的团聚问题,同时少量多次地投加锌粉,提高了涂料的分散效率,最终获得批量生产稳定的高性能石墨烯锌粉涂料。
Taking the production of 1000 kg of paint in the workshop as an example,the problem of graphene agglomeration was solved by dosing the graphene slurry at the early stage of epoxy resin dilution.The dispersion of paint can be improved by dosing the zinc powder in a small amount for several times,thus obtaining a stable and high-performance graphene zinc paint in batch production.
