高頻超聲在跟腱斷裂診斷中的價值(附5例報告)

摘要 本文回顧分析本院2008年3月~2009年5月採用高頻超聲檢查5例跟腱斷裂的聲像圖表現,現將結果報告如下。資料與方法本組5例患者中男4例,女1例,年齡24~61歲,平均42.4歲,均有明確的外傷史,病史最長1月,最短半天。主要臨床表現為患側足跟部疼痛、腫脹,踝關節活動受限。5例足跟上方處皮膚可及凹陷,踝關節蹠屈功能喪失或肌力下降。
