摘要
交通组织优化是改善区域交通运行状态的最经济快捷的方法。进行区域交通组织优化后,交通流在路网中的时空分布也随之发生变化,采用宏观交通分配模型很难精确计算相关路段或节点处的行程时间、道路阻抗等,无法体现具体交叉口或路段进行精细化设计后交通流运行状态的改变。基于交通组织优化思路,提出基于VISSIM动态交通分配的区域交通组织优化方法,并选取车均延误、节点冲突数、绕行距离和路网负荷度等指标建立具有代表性且可测量的综合评价指标体系,依据公式计算和VISSIM仿真输出获取评价指标值,并选取适当的评价方法对优化方案进行综合评价。并以太原市某区域路网实例进行分析,结果显示,该方法可以使优化过程更加精细,具有很好的工程应用价值。
Traffic organization optimization is the most economical and quickest way to improve regional traffic operation.After the optimization of regional traffic organization,the spatial and temporal distribution of traffic flow in the road network will change accordingly.It is difficult to accurately calculate the travel time and road impedance at relevant sections or nodes by using the macro traffic assignment model and reflect the changes in traffic flow state after the detailed design of specific intersections or sections.Based on the idea of traffic organization optimization,a regional traffic organization optimization method based on VISSIM Dynamic Traffic Assignment is proposed,and a representative and measurable comprehensive evaluation index system is established by selecting indicators such as average vehicle delay,number of node conflicts,detour distance,and road network load.The evaluation index values are obtained according to formula calculation and VISSIM simulation output,and appropriate evaluation methods are selected to comprehensively evaluate the optimization scheme.The results show that this method can make the optimization process more refined and has good engineering application value.
