摘要
MES制造执行系统是基于排列组合算法和归并排序算法进行的,以成组技术进行智能流水线的生产柔性调度。本文通过运行基于MES制造执行系统的个性化定制服装智能流水线,发现MES制造执行系统显著提高了生产效率,同时解决了智能流水线的生产平衡问题。
Manufacturing execution system(MES) is based on permutation and combination algorithm and merge and sort algorithm, which is used for flexible scheduling of intelligent assembly line. Through running the intelligent assembly line of personalized customized garment based on MES manufacturing execution system, indicates that MES improves the production efficiency significantly and solves the production balance problem of the intelligent assembly line.
