摘要
随着学校体育的不断发展,学生在体育活动中的人身安全也愈发引人关注。学校体育运动伤害事故频发、大学生身体素质下滑是目前正面临的主要问题。基于此,本文在总结大学生体育活动特点的基础上,结合安全系统理论、社会燃烧理论和轨迹交叉理论对大学生运动风险进行定义、辨识和分类,最终构建出大学生运动风险评估指标理论体系,即:大学生学校体育活动中,运动风险主要受自身状态、运动环境和组织管理三方面影响,其中,自身状态是最关键的风险因素,在维持自身身体与心理的健康的同时,如果保证科学的健康身运动,运动风险便会相应降低。
With the continuous development of school sports,the personal safety of students in sports activities is also attracting more and more attention.The frequent occurrence of injuries in school sports and the decline in the physical quality of college students are the main problems at present.Based on this,this paper defines,identifies and classifies college students’sports risks by taking into account the characteristics of college students’sports activities and combining safety system theory,social combustion theory and trajectory intersection theory.Finally,a theoretical system of sports risk assessment indicators for college students is constructed.It is found that in university sports activities,sports risks are mainly influenced by students themselves,the sports environment and the organization and management,and students themselves are the most critical risk factor.By maintaining the physical and mental health while ensuring scientific and healthy exercise,the risk of injuries in exercise will be reduced accordingly.
