摘要
信息化建设是提高中小型水库安全管理的重要途径.从优化水资源配置、提升水库安全管理水平、提高资源整合和运用的力度,水库精细化管理需求方面分析了中小型水库安全管理信息化建设的必要性.目前中小型水库信息化建设存在技术和管理手段应用不足、制度建设有待完善、信息化发展不平衡的问题.提出信息化建设的基本内容包含监测感知层、计算机网络层、数据资源层、应用支撑层、业务应用层.从提高信息化管理的认识,分步扎实推进,强化与高校合作等.
Information construction is regarded as crucial to the safety management of small and medium-sized reservoirs.This paper centers on the optimization of water resources,improvement of management and integration.Meanwhile,it also explicates insufficient application of technology and unbalanced development of information technology in information construction in reservoir management.The information construction includes detection and perception,computer network,data bank,application support,operation and other sectors.In addition,the awareness needs to be developed of information management and cooperation with universities.
