有限OD数据条件下城市快速路网规划路径探究 被引量:2

摘要 为了克服有限数据对城市快速路网规划建模的影响,并实现面向规划方案的系统客观的评价方法,本研究以河南省安阳市城市快速路网规划为算例,首先,在人口信息和居民出行(Orientation and Destination,OD)数据不可达的情境下,引入多路径OD矩阵反推算法(Multiple Path Matrix Estimation,MPME)以明确现状中心城区内居民出行OD分布矩阵,采用Python集计人口栅格数据中每个单元的数值大小并赋予给相应的交通小区;进而,基于交通需求分析的结果,给出城市快速路网规划方案,并于系统工程决策层面对各方案进行比选;最后,分别从技术评估(静态)和服务评估(动态)对规划方案实施效果进行了评价.结果显示,规划方案3的密切值为0.212,在3个方案中表现最好;规划方案实施后,中心城区负荷度较高的道路都降为1.0以下甚至更低.结论表明,本研究提出的方法可有效解决数据有限条件下的城市快速路网规划工作,研究方案具有可操作性,可作为专项交通规划工作中行之有效的1种方法. In order to overcome the influence of limited data on urban expressway network modeling,and to achieve a systematic and objective evaluation method for planning schemes;this paper takes the urban expressway network planning of Anyang City,Henan Province as an example.First,in the situation where the travel(Orientation and Destination,OD)data is unreachable,the Multiple Path OD Matrix Estimation(MPME)algorithm(Multiple Path Matrix Estimation,MPME)is introduced to clarify the current travel OD distribution matrix of residents in the central urban area,and Python is used to collect population raster data.The numerical value of each unit is assigned to the corresponding traffic area;then,based on the results of the traffic demand analysis,the urban express road network planning scheme is given,and each scheme is compared and selected at the system engineering decision-making level.Finally,the technical evaluation(static)and service evaluation(dynamic)are conducted to assess the implementation effect of the planning scheme.The results show that the closeness value of planning scheme 3 is 0.212,which is the best among the three schemes;after the implementation of the planning scheme,the roads with high load in the central urban area are all reduced to below 1.0 or even lower.In conclusion,the method proposed in this study can effectively solve the urban expressway network planning work under the condition of limited data,and the research scheme is operable,and it can be used as an effective method in special transportation planning work.
