摘要
目的總結31例毛母質瘤的超聲特徵,提高其超聲診斷準確率。方法回顧性分析經手術和病理證實的31例毛母質瘤的聲像圖表現,總結毛母質瘤的超聲特徵。結果31例毛母質瘤中,發生於頭頸部18例(58.1%),四肢7例(22.6%),軀幹6例(19.4%);18例病灶位於皮下層,緊鄰皮膚層(58.1%);12例位於皮膚及皮下層(38.7%);1例(3.2%,1/31)位於皮膚層。30例病灶直徑≦2.0cm(96.8%);不均質低迴聲25例(80.6%);鈣化型24例(77.4%);18例病灶可探及血流信號(58.1%);13例病灶未探及血流信號(41.9%)。結論毛母質瘤具有特徵性的超聲表現,熟悉其聲像圖特徵可以提高超聲診斷的正確率。
Objective To summarize the typical ultrasonographic features of 31 cases of pilomatricoma and to improve its diagnostic accuracy rate with an ultrasonographic approach.Methods Ultrasonic features of 31 cases with pilomatricoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results Out of 31 cases with pilomatricoma,18 cases occurred in the head and neck region(58.1%),7 in the four extremities(22.6%),6 in the trunk(19.4%);18 lesions located in the subcutaneous layer(58.1%),12 in the skin and subcutaneous layer(38.7%);1 in the skin layer(3.2%).The diameter of 30 cases≤2.0cm(96.8%).25 cases appeared as heterogeneously hypoechoic(80.6%).24 cases with calcification(77.4%).Color Doppler flow signals were observed in 18 cases(58.1%).In 13 cases,no Color Doppler flow signals(41.9%).Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of pilomatricoma are typical.Knowledge of its typical ultrasound characteristics can improve the diagnostic rate of pilomatricoma.
