摘要
目的研究富血小板血漿治療膝關節骨關節炎的臨床療效。方法回顧性研究2017年5月~2018年10月本院自體富血小板血漿關節注射治療膝關節骨關節炎30例患者,共36個膝關節:男15例,20個膝關節;女15例,16個膝關節。隨訪6個月,每3週注射一次富血小板血漿(6ml),每個患者注射3次。觀察注射3個月後,6個月後視覺疼痛指數(VAS)改善值和膝關節損傷與骨關節炎療效評分(KOOS)的改善值。結果注射富血小板血漿3個月後的臨床有效率為71.5%,6個月後的臨床有效率為76.7%;注射富血小板血漿3個月後視覺疼痛指數從77.1±18.1到38.2±19.6,6個月後視覺疼痛指數從77.1±18.1到21.5±15.2;注射富血小板血漿3個月後膝關節損傷與骨關節炎療效評分從44.2±14.8到65.2±20.3,6個月後膝關節損傷與骨關節炎療效評分從44.2±14.8到68.2±18.5。結論富血小板血漿是治療膝關節骨關節炎一種安全有效的方法,對疼痛緩解和關節功能改善效果較好。
Objective To study clinical curative effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The autologous platelet-rich plasma was injected into articular-cavity of 30 patients with knee osteoarthritis from May 2017 to October 2018 in the Kiang Wu Hospital of Macao China,There were 36 knees,15 of these were male patients,20 involved knee;15 of female patients with 16 knees.The treatment was administered in series of three intra-knee-articular injections(6ml)at 3-week interval followed-up six months.Observed Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)assessments and function using Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS)criteria three months and six months after the procedure.Results Administration of PRP provided clinical benefit for 71.5%of the responders three months after the procedure,it was clinical benefit 76.7%of the responders six months after the procedure;The VAS significantly decreased from 77.1±18.1 to 38.2±19.6 three months after the procedure,the VAS significantly decreased from 77.1±18.1 to 21.5±15.2 six months;The KOOS total score also significantly increased from 44.2±14.8 to 65.2±20.3 three months,The KOOS total score significantly increased from 44.2±14.8 to 68.2±18.5 six months.Conclusion PRP is a safe and effective treatment of knee osteoarthritis,It is better to reduce pain and improve function of knee osteoarthritis.
