摘要
目的總結卡介苗接種後反應性結核性淋巴結炎超聲表現,探討其臨床應用價值。方法回顧性分析經病理或臨床診斷卡介苗接種後反應性結核性淋巴結炎病例12例的超聲表現。結果根據超聲内部回聲特征,可分為3種類型:淋巴結腫大型、混雜回聲型、鈣化型;12例病例中有6例病灶周邊軟組織回聲增強。結論卡介苗接種後反應性結核性淋巴結炎超聲表現具有比較典型的特征性,綜合超聲及臨床可以提高對該病的認識和診斷。
Objective To elucidate the sonographic findings of reactive tuberculous lymphadenitis after BCG vaccine and to explore the clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosing reactive tuberculous lymphadenitis.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 12 cases of tuberculous lymphadenitis after BCG vaccine,confirmed clinically or pathologically.Results Sonographic findings of the 12 cases can be divided into three types according to ultrasonic characteristics:enlarged lymph node type;mixed echogenicity type;and calcification type.Among 12 cases,six cases presented with increased echogenicity of the soft tissue surrounding the lesions.Conclusion Patients with reactive tuberculous lymphadenitis after BCG vaccine show typical characteristics on ultrasound,Incorporating both clinical and sonographic findings can assist clinicians in understanding and diagnosing reactive tuberculous lymphadenitis.
