摘要
马克思主义实践哲学指出,生产劳动是人类基本的社会实践,为人类社会和个人的存续提供必需的物质资料,为人类的精神活动奠定物质基础,也是个人成长和发展最具活力的路径。因此,劳动应是全部教育的基本面向,职业教育也不例外。职业教育与劳动教育虽有诸多共通之处,但二者更有本质区别,即二者的历史渊源、适用话语系统不一样,价值旨趣和实践模式也不相同,因此,劳动教育对于职业教育而言具有不容忽视的价值。许多职业院校教师缺乏劳动教育意识,误将劳动教育等同于职业教育,劳动教育实践薄弱。为此,职业院校应进行劳动教育,通过导向自由自觉的劳动的教育来促进学生生命力的对象化,在实践层面,就是培养学生正确的劳动观念、劳动态度、劳动精神,抵制贬低劳动和劳动者的错误社会思潮,并提升学生整体的核心素养。
Marxist practical philosophy points out that productive labor is the basic social practice of human beings,provides the necessary material goods for the survival of human society and individuals, lays the material foundation for human spiritual activities, and is also the most dynamic path for personal growth and development. Therefore,labor should be the basic orientation of all education, and vocational education is no exception. Although there are many similarities between employment-oriented vocational education and labor education, they have more essential differences, that is, their historical origins, applicable discourse systems, value purports and practical models are different. Therefore, labor education has a value that cannot be ignored for vocational education. Many vocational college teachers lack the awareness of labor education, mistakenly equate labor education with vocational education,and labor education practice is weak. Therefore, vocational colleges should carry out labor education to promote the objectification of students’ vitality by guiding free and conscious labor education. At the practical level, it is to cultivate students’ correct labor concept, labor attitude and labor spirit, resist the wrong social trend of thought that belittles labor and labor, and improve students’ overall core competency.
