摘要
随着信息化进程的加快,互联网对人们的生活方式产生了极大的影响,互联网技术迅速渗透到社会的方方面面,人们迫切需要解决网络的安全性问题。目前,《计算机信息安全保护条例》的权威性界定为:利用计算机及网络技术,确保计算机系统的硬件、软件及资料库受到最大程度的保障,且不会因为意外或不怀好意的原因而遭到破坏、更改或泄密,系统稳定运作,为使用者提供安全保障。信息安全性指在信息处理系统中存储和处理信息时的安全,它具有完整性、可用性、保密性、可控性和可靠性等特征。如何保障互联网迅速、健康地发展,已是众多学者所关心的问题,有着极为鲜明的时代背景和极为重大的理论价值。文中从其对计算机网络的危害的角度出发,对其构成和具体实施步骤进行了详细的论述。提升计算机网络的安全性是为了保障计算机网络使用者之间的正常资料交换与其对安全性的要求而必须进行的防卫措施。其中,计算机的软硬件设备不会受到外部的干扰,并能在网络上正常、准确、稳定地传输数据。
With the acceleration of the information process,the Internet has had a great impact on people?s way of life,and with the rapid penetration of the Internet technology into all aspects of the society,people urgently need to solve the security problem of the network.At present,the authority of the computer information security protection regulations is defined as;the use of computer and network technology,to ensure that the computer system hardware,software and database by the maximum protection,and not because of accident or malicious reason or damage,change or leaks,the system can still operate,to provideusers with a sense of security of information.Information security refers to the information stored and processed by the information in the information processing system,which has several characteristics of integrity,availability,confidentiality,controllability and reliability.How to ensure the rapid and healthy development of the Internet has been a concern of many scholars,which has a very clear historical back-ground and a very great theoretical value.From the perspective of the harm of computer network,the composition and specific implementation steps are discussed in detail.Improving the security computer network is a necessary defense measure to ensure the normal data exchange between computer network users and the requirements for their security.Among them,the computer hardware and software equipment will not be external interference,the computer software will not be external interference,and can transmit data normally,accurately and stably on the network.
