摘要
为研制出一型安全可靠的600MPa的食品级超高压灭菌容器,提出了一种无预应力绕丝式自增强超高压筒体的结构形式,并给出了相应的设计思想、分析及计算方法;运用Ansys-workbench对筒体及绕丝层在自增强、卸压和工作状态下的应力应变情况进行详细的对比分析。仿真结果表明,该结构可有效提高S51740材料制备的超高压容器承载能力,简化生产工艺,提高超高压灭菌容器安全性及可靠性。
In order to develop a safe and reliable 600MPa food grade ultra-high pressure sterilization container,a structural form of non prestressed wire wound self-reinforced ultra-high pressure cylinder is proposed,and the corresponding design ideas,analysis and calculation methods are given;The stress and strain of the cylinder and the winding layer under self-reinforcement,pressure relief and working conditions are analyzed in detail by using Ansys-workbench.The simulation results show that the structure can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the ultra-high pressure container made of S51740 material,simplify the production process,and improve the safety and reliability of the ultra-high pressure sterilization container.
