摘要
高韧超薄磨耗层(GT-TECH)技术是以超高性能改性乳化沥青为粘结层原料,采用同步摊铺技术实施厚度为0.8~2.0cm的热拌密集配沥青混凝土加铺结构层。与传统超薄磨耗层Novachip技术相比,GT-TECH罩面技术具有更薄、施工效率更高、更节能环保、耐久性更强以及抗滑、抗裂、抗渗等技术指标更佳的优点,是各等级道路特别是高程受限的道路快速提质改造的有效技术。结合工程实例,简要介绍高韧超薄磨耗层(GT-TECH)罩面技术在道路改造提质中的具体应用。
GT-TECH technology uses ultra-high performance modified emulsified asphalt as the bonding layer raw material,and adopts synchronous paving technology to implement the hot mix dense asphalt concrete overlay structure layer with a thickness of 0.8~2.0cm.Compared with the traditional Novachip technology for ultra-thin wearing course,GT-TECH overlay technology has the advantages of thinner thickness,higher construction efficiency,more energy saving and environmental protection,and better technical indicators such as skid resistance,crack resistance,impermeability and durability.It is an effective technology for rapid quality improvement and reconstruction of roads at all levels,especially those with limited elevation.Combined with engineering examples,this paper briefly introduces the concrete application of GT-TECH overlay technology in road reconstruction and quality improvement.
