摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的不断推进,时至今日,公路设施已经成为人们日常出行的必要物质条件。为了进一步提升公路工程的使用性能和质量,各类公路工程施工工艺和技术一直在被不断研发和优化。其中沥青混凝土施工工艺在公路工程施工中发挥着举足轻重的作用。可以说,沥青混凝土施工内容几乎贯穿了整个公路工程建设的全流程,不容相关施工单位忽视。基于此,对当下部分公路工程中沥青混凝土施工工艺应用状况进行研究、整理和分析,阐述了沥青混凝土原材料选择、材料配比、沥青混凝土搅拌、路面摊铺、路面碾压、路面接缝处理等多个沥青混凝土施工技术的应用要点,并提出一些质量控制策略,用以提升公路工程中沥青混凝土施工效率和质量,为相关工作人员提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,up to now,highway facilities have become the necessary material conditions for people’s daily travel.In order to further improve the performance and quality of highway engineering,various highway engineering construction processes and technologies have been continuously developed and optimized.Among them,asphalt concrete construction technology plays an important role in highway engineering construction.It can be said that the content of asphalt concrete construction almost runs through the whole process of highway engineering construction,which cannot be ignored by relevant construction units.Based on this,this paper studies,arranges and analyzes the application of asphalt concrete construction technology in some highway projects,expounds the application key points of asphalt concrete construction technology such as asphalt concrete raw material selection,material ratio,asphalt concrete mixing,pavement paving,pavement rolling and pavement joint treatment,and puts forward some quality control strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of asphalt concrete construction in highway projects,and provide theoretical reference for relevant staff.
