摘要
全面实施“一带一路”倡议、建设粤港澳大湾区等大战略急需大批具有国际视野与能力的高级技术技能型人才作为支撑和保障,提升高职大学生国际化素养是广东高职院校人才培养面临的新挑战。全面完善与落实国际化人才培养规划与方案、教学过程国际化、建设“校内国际化”环境、加强与高新企业和涉外企业的深度合作,是提升广东高职大学生国际化素养的主要路径。
A significant number of senior technical and skilled talents with internationalized vision and capabilities are urgently needed to support and ensure major strategies including the comprehensive implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Therefore, the comprehensive improvement of the international literacy of polytechnic college students is a new challenge for the talent cultivation of polytechnic colleges in Guangdong Province. In light of this, pathways were proposed for the comprehensive improvement and implementation of internationalized talent cultivation plan and program, promotion of the internalization of the teaching process, establishment of an internationalized campus, and enhancement of indepth cooperation with high-tech enterprises and foreign-related enterprises.
