掘进机截割部优化设计研究

摘要 通过对掘进机截割部运行状态的优化设计进行研究,依据掘进机截割部构造及运行原理,对截割臂执行油缸回路增设电磁比例多路阀,实现截割作业的节能优化效果。同时对截割头进行PID控制,实现掘进机截割作业过程中依据偏差信号自动调节。掘进机截割部的优化设计研究,对掘进机设备的智能化发展具有重要借鉴意义。 Through the study on the optimized design of cutting section operation of roadheader,based on the structure and operation principle of cutting section of roadheader,the electromagnetic proportional multiway valve is added to the circuit of cutting arm actuating cylinder to achieve the optimized effect of energy saving in cutting operation.At the same time,PID control of the cutting head is carried out to realize automatic adjustment according to the deviation signal during the cutting operation of the roadheader.The optimized design of the cutting section of the roadheader is of great significance to the intelligent development of roadheader equipment.
