摘要
基于保护草原生态环境的最初愿景,为了有效地解决由于粪便堆积产生的环境污染,设计出一款自动收集处理粪便的装置。该装置采用小车作为模型基底,设计安装可实现高效自动抓取的机械手,再通过电机带动丝杠运动将机械手所抓取的粪便传送至后方粉碎装置。储存仓设置压力传感器,当压力到达一定值时,分区域集中放置发酵。最终达到有效收集处理,实现保护草原生态环境的最终目标。设计的处理装置,通过惠鱼编程和多方面传感器的设置,使整体结构紧凑,装置灵活度高、反应敏捷,可以完全满足需求。
Based on the original vision of protecting the grassland ecological environment,in order to effectively solve the environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of feces,a device for automatic collection and treatment of feces was designed.The device uses a car as a model base,design and installation can achieve efficient automatic grasp of the manipulator,and then through the motor to drive the screw movement of the manipulator grasping feces transferred to the rear crushing device.The storage chamber is equipped with a pressure sensor,and when the pressure reaches a certain value,fermentation is placed in different areas.Finally,effective collection and processing can be achieved to achieve the ultimate goal of protecting the grassland ecological environment.The processing device designed in this paper,through huiyu programming and the setting of various sensors,makes the overall structure compact,the device flexible,quick response,can fully meet the needs.
