刮板输送机功率平衡控制策略及仿真分析

摘要 通过对刮板输送机电机转速调节以及利用电动机电流大小作为负载变化的识别信号,设计出刮板输送机的功率平衡控制策略,通过计算机尾电动机转速调节信号,控制机尾电动机的输出转矩,实现刮板输送机功率的平衡控制。经仿真模拟分析,效果显著,实现了刮板输送机电机功率的快速分配效果。 Through the scraper conveyor motor speed adjustment and the use of motor current size as the identification signal of load change,the power balance control strategy of the scraper conveyor is designed,and the output torque of the tail motor is controlled through the computer tail motor speed adjustment signal to realize the balance control of the scraper power,which is analyzed by simulation and the effect is remarkable,and the fast power distribution effect of the scraper motor is realized The effect of simulation and simulation analysis is remarkable,and the effect of fast power distribution of scraper motor is realized.
