微透析技术在药物成分体内分析研究的应用进展 被引量:2

Application Progress of Microdialysis Technology in Vivo Analysis of Pharmaceutical Ingredients

摘要 微透析技术是一种半侵入的采样技术,其既可采集细胞间隙中的内源性物质,用于临床疾病的诊断并给出合理化的给药方案,也可采集外源性物质,用于药物的吸收、分布、代谢等的研究。目前,多数研究将血浆浓度代表病变部位的药物浓度,这种方法是不完全正确的,特别是肿瘤阻碍药物扩散,导致肿瘤部位药物浓度低于血药浓度。微透析技术在检测病变部位游离药物浓度或代谢物方面展现了独特的优势。本文主要从微透析技术概述及其在药物动力学和药动学-药效学的应用进行阐述,以期为靶向给药系统或其他给药系统药物药动学与药动学-药效学的研究提供参考。 Microdialysis technology is a semi-invasive sampling technique,which can collect endogenous substances in the intercellular space for the diagnosis of clinical diseases and provide a reasonable dosing regimen,as well as exogenous substances.It is used to the research of drug absorption,distribution and metabolism.At present,most studies use plasma concentration to represent the drug concentration in the lesion.This method is not completely correct,especially when the tumor hinders the spread of the drug,causing the drug concentration in the tumor site to be lower than the blood drug concentration.Microdialysis technology shows unique advantages in detecting free drug concentration or metabolites in the lesion.This article focused on the overview of microdialysis technology and its application in pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics,with a view to targeting drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics of targeted drug delivery systems or other drug delivery systems so as to provide reference in future.
