某变截面连续箱梁跨中开裂检查及处治

摘要 为解决变截面连续箱梁建成后普遍出现腹板和底板开裂问题,本文依托江苏扬子江高速通道管理有限公司2021年度桥梁维修加固设计项目中通锡高速上某座三跨变截面连续箱梁,对该类桥梁的国内研究现状进行了综述。通过对该桥病害的跟踪监测检查、有限元建模验算和施工调查,对其病害的原因进行了分析和探讨,从而对病害提出了底板增设钢加劲梁、粘贴钢板及腹板对拉钢板的加固方案,有效限制了裂缝的开展,为今后同类桥梁跨中开裂病害原因分析和加固方法提供参考。 In order to solve the common problem of web and floor cracking after the completion of variable section continuous box girder,this paper reviews the domestic research status of this kind of bridge based on a three-span continuous box girder with variable section on Tongxi Expressway in the 2021 bridge maintenance and reinforcement design project of Jiangsu Yangtze River Expressway Passages Management Co.,Ltd.Through the monitoring of the diseases of the bridge inspection,the finite element modeling calculation and construction survey are analyzed and discussed the cause of the disease,thus to add steel stiffening girder,disease puts forward the bottom pasting steel plate and web plate of steel reinforcement scheme,effectively limiting the development of the cracks,the cause analysis for the future similar bridges across the crack disease and reinforcement method is to provide the reference.
