摘要 为更好地解决基坑支护预应力锚索深层渗漏水问题,提出采用双液注浆泵将水泥浆、水玻璃混合后快速注入锚索自由端锚固体附近,通过水泥和水玻璃的化学胶凝作用,将锚体的渗漏水通道完全封闭,迅速达到堵漏效果。该技术与传统化学注浆堵漏法相比,处理耗时短,所用材料简单,综合成本低,具有更好的堵漏效果。同时,堵漏过程绿色环保,取得良好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。 In order to better solve the problem of deep seepage water leakage of prestressed anchor cable supporting foundation pit,a double-liquid grouting pump is proposed to quickly inject cement slurry and sodium silicate mixture into the anchor solid near the free end of anchor cable.Through the chemical cementing action of cement and sodium silicate,the seepage channel of anchor body is completely closed,and the plugging effect is quickly achieved.Compared with the traditional chemical grouting plugging method,the technology has the advantages of shorter treatment time,simple materials,low comprehensive cost and better plugging effect.At the same time,plugging process green environmental protection,good social benefits,economic benefits and environmental benefits.
