摘要
目的探讨工作记忆训练用于改善情境意识(SA)水平的可行性。方法招募38名空军军医大学大学生,随机分为训练组(n=20)和对照组(n=18),训练组采用双维N-back任务训练2周,对照组采用空白对照。训练前后,选取视觉工作记忆检测任务评估记忆容量变化,情境意识整体评价技术(SAGAT)得分和飞行绩效评估SA水平变化。结果重复测量方差分析显示,相比于对照组,训练组训练后的记忆容量显著提高[负荷2:F(1,36)=11.33,P=0.002,η^(2)=0.24;负荷4:F(1,36)=12.51,P=0.001,η^(2)=0.26],SAGAT得分显著提高[F(1,36)=60.04,P<0.01,η^(2)=0.63],飞行绩效显著提高[F(1,36)=47.75,P<0.01,η^(2)=0.57]。结论工作记忆训练可以有效改善模拟飞行任务中的SA水平,对未来研究具有重要的启发作用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of working memory training in improving situation awareness(SA) in flight simulator. Methods Thirty-eight college students in Air Force Medical University were recruited and randomly divided into the training group(n=20) and the control group(n=18). The training group engaged in dual N-back task for 2 weeks, while the control group was given blank control. Before and after the training, visual working memory detection task was used to evaluate the changes in working memory capacity, and the score of situation awareness global assessment technique(SAGAT) and flight performance were recorded to evaluate the changes in SA levels. Results Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that compared with the control group, memory capacity of the training group was significantly improved after training [memory load 2: F(1, 36)=11.33, P=0.002, η^(2)=0.24;memory load 4: F(1, 36)=12.51, P=0.001, η^(2)=0.26], SAGAT score was significantly increased [F(1, 36)=60.04, P<0.01, η^(2)=0.63], and flight performance was significantly improved [F(1, 36)=47.75, P<0.01, η^(2)=0.57]. Conclusion Working memory training can effectively improve SA performance in flight simulator, which has an important inspiration for future research.
