摘要
目的探討全麻下口腔治療意義及適宜年齡。方法回顧本院2012年9月~2013年2月期間1歲~6歲全麻下口腔治療患兒資料。整理全麻術中過程記錄,分析1歲~3歲(組I)和4歲~6歲(組II)樹酯修復術,牙髓治療術,牙拔除術差異;跟蹤患兒術後情況。結果術中過程順利,均一次性完成全牙列診治,無術中術後併發症。組II中乳牙拔除數量,後牙樹脂修復數量明顯高於組I;組I中前牙樹脂修復,牙髓治療明顯高於組II。性別上無統計學差異。術後隨訪發現1歲~3歲兒童在患牙根尖炎症控制及牙列保存上優於4歲~6歲。結論全麻下口腔治療對特殊患兒是安全高效的診療辦法。低齡兒童的全麻下口腔治療值得提倡。
Objective Investigate the significance of dental treatment and suitable age performed under general anesthesia.Methods Retrospective study performed in pediatric patients from 1 to 6 years old who underwent dental treatment performed under general anesthesia from September 2012 to February 2013 at Kiang Wu Hospital,Macao.Arranging the records during the general anesthesia;analyzing the differences of the treatment modalities including operative restoration,pulp therapy,extractions in the 1-3 years old(group I)and the 4-6 years old(group II);following the post operation situation.Results The operation process was safe and smooth.All dental treatment were accomplished during the general anesthesia,no complications occurred.Group II children had significantly numerous extractions of primary teeth and restorations of molar teeth than group I,group I had a significantly higher number of extractions and pulpal treatments in the front teeth than group II.There was no significant between-group difference in sexuality.The 1-3 years old group is better than the 4-6 years old group in periapical periodontitis and keeping the dentition as a result of clinical follow-up.Conclusion Dental treatment performed under general anesthesia is efficient and safety in children.The finding of this study suggests the underlying clinical condition may influence the dental condition and treatment.It is highly recommended to refer these children in earlier age to the hospital for tooth restoration under general anesthesia.
