摘要
目的觀察採用4與6枚種植體即刻負重修復無牙頜的效果。方法31例患者根據無牙頜的骨量植入4枚或6枚種植體,術後即刻負重,觀察種植體成功率、種植體周邊緣骨喪失。結果31例患者共植入160枚種植體。4枚種植體組種植體累積存活率為100%,6枚種植體組種植體累積存活率為98.1%。結論兩種即刻負重修復無牙頜方案的中期效果良好。
Objective To explore the result of immediate loading of edentulous jaws with four or six implant.Methods Thirty-one patients received either four(13)or six(18)immediately loaded implants to support a fixed dental prosthesis.Outcome measures included survival rates of implants and peri-implant marginal bone loss.Results A total of 160 implants were inserted.The 6 year survival rates of implants for four and six implant groups were 100%and 98.1%respectively.Conclusion Both approaches are reliable treatment options for the rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients in the medium term.
