硬岩地层曲线顶管施工技术探讨——以厦门市湖里区某工程为例

摘要 在硬岩地层项目中,曲线顶管的设计施工都具有极高的难度。本文通过工程实例,介绍顶管曲线的轴线验算、管节长度与扩孔的关系、曲线顶管允许顶力及曲线段顶力预估,探讨管节接头木垫圈与间隙的配置,分析穿越软硬不均岩层中顶进方向的调整、触变泥浆减阻等顶管施工方法,以期为硬岩地层曲线顶管施工技术的推广应用提供参考和借鉴。 The design and construction of curved pipe jacking is extremely difficult in hard rock stratum. Through engineering examples, the article introduces the axis checking calculation of pipe jacking curve, the relationship between pipe joint length and reaming, the allowable jacking force of pipe jacking curve and the prediction of jacking force of curve section, discusses the configuration of wood gasket and clearance of pipe joint, analyzes the pipe jacking construction methods such as adjusting the jacking direction and reducing the resistance of thixotropic mud when crossing soft and hard uneven rock strata, which provides reference for the popularization and application of pipe jacking technology in hard rock strata.
