摘要
为在固定投入资金及设计周期下,设计出满足主要功能及技术性能,具有绿色特征,同时又能达到最大客户满意度的机床产品,基于对机床产品全生命周期技术及绿色需求的获取以及分析,利用质量屋构建产品设计规划模型,实现需求与特征之间的映射。采用层次分析法实现定性与定量需求间的决策及需求权重的确定,建立绿色机床产品性能优化决策模型,并在此方法的基础上利用MATLAB GUI开发相应的优化决策系统。以某数控车床产品为实例,其结果体现了所提方法的快捷性、有效性及实用性。
To design a machine tool product which meets the major functions and technical features with green features and achieves the maximum customer satisfaction under the constraint of costs and design cycle,the technology and green requirements in the machine tool product life cycle were acquired and analyzed.Based on this,product design planning model was built by using house of quality,the mapping between requirements and features was realized.The decision between qualitative and quantitative requirements,and the weights of requirements were determined by using analytic hierarchy process,the performance optimization decision model of green machine tool product was established.Furthermore,based on the proposed methods,a relevant optimization decision system was developed by using MATLAB GUI.Taking a CNC lathe as an example,the results show that the proposed method is rapid,effective and practical.
