石灰活性对铝土矿溶出性能和赤泥物相组成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用盐酸滴定法测定了不同煅烧温度和时间下石灰的活性度,并将不同活性的石灰应用于铝土矿溶出过程。通过探究氧化铝溶出率以及赤泥物相的变化,阐明了石灰活性影响铝土矿溶出性能的原因。研究表明,石灰石在950~1100℃内煅烧1 h可获得高活性石灰。添加欠烧或过烧石灰进行溶出时,氧化铝的相对溶出率分别为89.72%和89.79%,赤泥物相中均存在一水硬铝石和氢氧化钙。然而,添加正烧石灰进行溶出时,氧化铝的相对溶出率分别为98.35%和97.51%,赤泥物相中一水硬铝石和氢氧化钙相消失,氢氧化钙与钠硅渣反应生成了新的钙霞石物相。 The activity of lime at different calcination temperature and time was determined by hydrochloric acid titration,and lime with different activity was applied to bauxite digestion process.By exploring the digestion rate of alumina and the phase change of red mud,the reason why lime activity affects the digestion performance of bauxite is expounded.The results show that high activity lime can be obtained by calcining limestone at 950℃~1100℃for 1 h.The relative digestion rates of alumina are 89.72%and 89.79%respectively when under-burned or over-burned lime is added,and diaspore and calcium hydroxide exist in the red mud phase.However,when calcined lime is added for digestion,the relative digestion rates of alumina are 98.35%and 97.51%,respectively.In the red mud phase,diaspore and calcium hydroxide phase disappear,a new phase of cancrinite formed.
