摘要
为了提高国家光伏扶贫资金溯源准确性,提出基于区块链技术的光伏扶贫资金精准溯源方法。根据资金发放流程,设计光伏扶贫确权系统和上链展示系统总体构架;通过用户数据和业务数据融合方法,在B/S架构下分析光伏扶贫资金精准溯源的多层构架;基于区块链技术的全程记录、顺序时间戳、不可篡改、可追溯和防伪造特性,将业务系统的电量、资金数据接入到数据中台;分析扶贫管理区块功能下光伏扶贫资金的主要应用模式,获得溯源过程的代表性数据;将分布式用户、集中式电站等光伏扶贫电量、资金数据上链存证;将初始数据通过数据中台的API输入区块链可视化平台上链,完成光伏扶贫资金精准溯源。测试结果表明,本文方法的资金溯源结果准确性达到89%以上,提高了准确性,且数据展示配置能力较强。
In order to improve the traceability accuracy of national PV poverty alleviation funds,a method based on blockchain technology for accurate traceability of PV poverty alleviation funds is proposed.According to the fund distribution process,design the overall framework of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation rights confirmation system and the online display system.Through the integration method of user data and business data,analyze the multi-layer framework of accurate traceability of photovoltaic poverty alleviation funds under the B/S framework.Based on the whole process record,sequential timestamp,tamper proof,traceable and anti-counterfeiting features of blockchain technology,the power and capital data of the business system are accessed to the data middle station.Analyze the main application modes of photovoltaic poverty alleviation funds under the function of poverty alleviation management block,and obtain representative data of the traceability process.The distributed users,centralized power stations and other photovoltaic poverty alleviation electricity and capital data will be stored in the chain.The initial data will be input into the blockchain visualization platform through the API of the data center,and the accurate traceability of photovoltaic poverty alleviation funds will be completed.The test results show that the accuracy of the fund traceability results of this method is more than 89%,which improves the accuracy,and the ability of data display and configuration is strong.
