摘要
我国此前对于装配式建筑应用情况的研究多数是具体到省市的装配式建筑发展状况的研究,而对于全国的装配式建筑整体发展情况的研究较少。通过对我国各省的装配式建筑的发展现状进行研究,运用聚类分析方法得出各省份的装配式建筑发展的分类情况;再整理得出各省每年装配式建筑新开工建筑面积,分别与各省建筑行业产值和地区生产总值进行两变量相关分析;最终得出大力推动装配式建筑发展对于推动建筑行业产值和地区生产总值的发展具有重要意义的结论。
Most of the previous studies on the application of prefabricated buildings in China are the study on the development status of prefabricated buildings in provinces and cities, and the studies on the overall development of prefabricated buildings in the whole country are relatively few. Study on the development status of prefabricated buildings in each province, cluster analysis method is used to get the classification of prefabricated buildings in each province. Then, the newly started construction area of prefabricated buildings in each province is sorted out, and the correlation analysis of two variables is carried out with the output value of construction industry and the gross regional product of each province. Finally, it is concluded that promoting the development of prefabricated buildings is of great significance to promote the development of construction industry output value and regional GDP.
