摘要
本文基于2017年国家多区域投入产出表及各类能源消耗数据,采用多区域投入产出模型(MRIO)和碳足迹测算方法,同时考虑我国碳达峰、碳中和目标导向,对影响中国碳中和的关键因素进行了有效测算和减排策略分析。结果表明:中国省域碳足迹在2017年明显呈现增加的趋势,表明我国正朝碳达峰峰值趋近;碳足迹和碳排放转移在省域多维度、行业多方法和个人维度上分别表现出交叉效应、耦合效应和警示效应,通过分维度分方法维法协同对省域-行业-个人进行实施减排是实现碳中和的有效策略。
Based on the national multi-regional input-output table and various kinds of energy consumption data in 2017, this paper adopts the multi-regional input-output model(MRIO) and carbon footprint measurement method, and considers China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutralization target orientation. The key factors affecting China’s carbon neutrality are effectively measured and emission reduction strategies are analyzed. The results showed that China’s provincial carbon footprint showed an increasing trend in 2017, indicating that China is approaching the carbon peak value. Carbon footprint and carbon emission transfer show cross-effect, coupling effect and warning effect in provincial multi-dimension, industrial multi-method and individual dimension, respectively. It is an effective strategy to implement emission reduction in provincial, industrial and individual through sub-dimension and sub-method dimension.
