摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、流变仪等多种测试方法,研究了有机成核剂辛二酸二苯甲酰肼(BOAD)在聚L-乳酸(PLLA)非等温结晶过程中的作用。研究表明,BOAD是一种高效的PLLA成核剂,能大幅提高PLLA的结晶速率。BOAD在PLLA基体中具有一定溶解性,在熔融共混时溶解进入PLLA熔体,温度降低后,从PLLA基体中析出结晶,为PLLA提供异相晶核。从PLLA中析出的BOAD的晶体形貌与其添加量有关,并且可对BOAD的成核效果产生显著影响。当BOAD含量为0.75%时,从PLLA中析出的BOAD晶体呈树枝状,PLLA在其表面附生结晶,并且与其形成特殊的“枝叶结构”。在该情况下,BOAD的成核效果最佳,PLLA的结晶峰温度最高。
Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),polarization optical microscopy(POM)and rotational rheometer were used to investigate the effect of nucleating agent,N,N′-Bis(Benzoyl)Octanedioic Acid Dihydrazide(BOAD),on Poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)in non-isothermal crystallization.It was found that,BOAD was an efficient PLLA nucleating agent,which could greatly improve the crystallization rate of PLLA.BOAD had solubility in PLLA and it separates from PLLA melt in the cooling process,providing heterogeneous nuclei for PLLA.The morphology of precipitated BOAD was related to its concentration in PLLA and had significant impact on its nucleating effect.When concentration was 0.75%,the morphology of precipitated BOAD was like tree branch.PLLA crystallizes on those branches and forms branch-leaf structure with them.In this condition,BOAD had the best nucleation effect,and the crystallization peak temperature of PLLA was the highest.
