摘要
国家第六阶段机动车污染物排放标准对汽油机和柴油机的排放提出了严格的要求,为了满足这些排放要求,汽车制造商采用了燃油直喷、废气再循环等技术,这些技术的改变,增大了发动机润滑油中的烟炱含量,烟炱会导致油品迅速变稠,黏度急剧上升,增大发动机磨损,为了适应这些变化,润滑油需要更好的烟炱分散性。将乙丙酐接枝到聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺上,合成了一种新型的无灰分散剂,模拟评定和台架试验结果表明,该剂不仅具有良好的低温油泥分散性,还具有较好的高温清净性和烟炱分散性能,该剂以较低的加剂量调合的柴油机油通过了Mack T-8E发动机台架试验,该剂的研制对于高档汽油机油和柴油机油复合剂的开发具有积极意义。
China’s stage 6 vehicle emission standards have put forward strict requirements on the emissions of gasoline and diesel engines.To comply with these emission requirements,automobile manufacturers have adopted technologies such as direct fuel injection(DFI)and exhaust gas recirculation(EGR).With the change of technologies,the soot content in the engine lubricating oil is increased,which may cause rapid oil thickening,sharp increase of oil viscosity,and increase of engine wear.In response to these changes,lubricating oils need a better soot dispersancy.Therefore,a novel type of ashless dispersant was synthesized by grafting ethylene propylene anhydride onto polyisobutylene succinimide.The results of simulation evaluation and bench test show that this ashless dispersant has a good low-temperature sludge dispersibility,and also a good high-temperature detergency and soot dispersany.The diesel oil blended with a lower dosage of this dispersant has passed the Mack T-8E engine bench test.This dispersant has a positive effect on the development of high-end gasoline engine oil and diesel engine oil component.
