摘要
传统再造烟叶抄造助剂添加设备大多只能添加一种助剂,多种助剂添加不仅增加操作人员以及设备费用的投入,同时操作程序繁琐复杂,出现设备空间布局不合理等问题。设计一种多助剂一体式装置,包括制备混合部分、蒸汽加热部分、无机固体助剂给料系统、液体给料系统、有机固体粉末给料系统五大部分。在实现多种湿部助剂添加的同时,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,稳定产品质量,设备结构紧凑简单,空间利用率高,自动化程度高,操作方便。该一体式装置有以下优点:(1)设备投入降低63%;(2)投料时间降低67%;(3)人员投入降低67%;(4)总能耗降低66%;(5)添加助剂的加量精准度方面,无机固体助剂平均提高2.95%,有机固体助剂平均提高2.36%,液体助剂平均提高3.95%;(6)能够将助剂按液体助剂、无机固体助剂、有机固体粉末助剂等多种不同组合的助剂物料高效地完成混合,保证了多种助剂能同时与浆料或其他物料得到很好的均质化混合,保障了整个助剂添加工艺的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem that the auxiliary equipment of the traditional reconstituted tobacco leaf paper machine is a single system,adding a variety of auxiliary equipment not only increases the input of operators and equipment costs,but also has the problems of complicated operation procedures and unreasonable equipment space layout.To design a more suitable for reconstruction of tobacco additives one-piece device,including the preparation of mixing device parts,steam heating device,inorganic solid fertilizer feeding system,liquid feeding system,organic solid powder feeding system of five major components,in achieving a variety of wet end additive added at the same time,reduce production cost,improve production efficiency,stable product quality,The equipment is compact and simple in structure,high in space utilization,high in automation and easy to operate.The integrated device has the following advantages:(1)The equipment investment is reduced by 63%;(2)The feeding time is reduced by 67%;(3)Personnel input decreased by 67%;(4)The total energy consumption is reduced by 66%;(5)The accuracy of adding additives:inorganic solid additives increase by 2.95% on average,organic solid additives increase by 2.36% on average,and liquid additives increase by 3.95%on average;(6)Can add the additives according to liquid additives,inorganic solid additives,organic solid powder additives and other different combinations of additives materials to complete the mixing efficiently,to ensure that a variety of additives and slurry or other materials at the same time to get good homogenization mixing,to ensure the stability of the entire additive process.
