水利工程施工中控制混凝土裂缝的技术

摘要 为了提高水利工程建设质量,减少混凝土裂缝,本文分析了水利工程中混凝土裂缝的几种常见类型,并提出了混凝土裂缝控制技术,指出对于混凝土裂缝的预防可通过加强施工材料质量、提高地基与混凝土刚性、控制好施工温度、做好养护工作等加以实现.而对于已经形成的混凝土裂缝,可通过混凝土置换技术、钢材料粘贴技术、充填法、注入法、裂缝修补技术等进行修复,以此提高水利工程混凝土结构的稳固性,更好地发挥水利工程的功能作用. In order to improve the construction quality of hydraulic engineering and reduce concrete cracks,several common types of concrete cracks in hydraulic engineering are analyzed in this paper,and the control technology of concrete cracks is put forward.It is pointed out that the prevention of concrete cracks can be realized by strengthening the quality of construction materials,improving the rigidity of foundation and concrete,controlling the construction temperature and performing well in maintenance.The concrete cracks that have been formed can be repaired by concrete replacement technology,steel material paste technology,filling method,injection method and crack repair technology,so as to improve the stability of the concrete structure of hydraulic engineering and better play the function of hydraulic engineering.
