摘要
救援车是第44届世界技能大赛“制造团体挑战赛”项目竞赛产品,该项目要求团队设计和制造一个电池供电救援车,该救援车由一个操纵杆进行远程操控。根据技术图纸和控制要求,设计机械装置,通过车床、铣床、锯床、焊接等设备完成机械的各种零件加工,将各加工完成的零件与标准件进行机械组装与装置调试;设计电路系统、产品主控模板原理图、手操器原理图,选用相应的电机、舵机、型材及电子元器件,采用规范的安装及调试工艺完成救援车驱动系统回路连接安装;设计单片机控制系统原理图和控制系统I/O分配表,选取合适的导线和辅件,规范完成电子元件布局安装及电路控制回路、舵机与相应控制单元的单片机输出端进行连接调试工艺,并完成各执行部件动作功能测试。
The rescue vehicle was the product of the 44th World Skills Competition"manufacturing group challenge".The project required the team to design and manufacture a battery powered rescue vehicle,which was remotely controlled by a joystick.According to the technical drawings and control requirements,the mechanical device was designed,the machining of various parts of the machine was completed through lathes,milling machines,sawing machines,welding and other equipment,and the machined parts and standard parts were mechanically assembled and debugged.The circuit system,the schematic diagram of the main control template of the product and the schematic diagram of the manual operator were designed,the corresponding motor,steering gear,profile and electronic components were selected,and the circuit connection and installation of the rescue vehicle drive system was completed by adopting the standard installation and commissioning process.The schematic diagram of the single chip microcomputer control system and the I/O distribution table of the control system were designed,the appropriate wires and accessories were selected,the layout and installation of electronic components and the connection and debugging process between the circuit control circuit,the steering gear and the single chip microcomputer output of the corresponding control unit were standardized,and the action function test of each executive part was completed.
